MYOB ACADEMY
We recommend signing up to MYOB Academy. Here you can find a range of short video tutorials covering all the basic system functions. This is a great starting point for finding information after you have competed the training provided by Stratus.MYOB Advanced Academy

CREATE A SHORTCUT TO YOUR MYOB ADVANCED SITE
When using Google Chrome, go to your site, and click the circle with 3 dots at the top right to get your menu. Choose More Tools, then Create Shortcut. The name of your site will pop up, and press Create. You now have a shortcut on your desktop to link to your Advanced site.

As you may or may not know, Acumatica is the parent company of Advanced, located in the USA, they are also resources for you as more specific and detailed questions, Acumatica Open University is an excellent free resource for more advanced and complex learning.
- Click on the link and create a new sign-up:

- Select Job aids from the top menu to access ‘how to guides’ categorised by job descriptions – these can be downloaded and edited to suit your operational business processes.
- Select Leaning paths from the top menu – end-user learning paths - select a module – select a topic – scroll down to pre-recorded webinars – here you can complete formal end-user courses or access the course notes and webinars.
